Peanut Sauce Chicken Lettuce Wraps
I’ve eaten and made a lot of peanut sauces over the years, but I’ve decided this sauce recipe our friends Mel and Ryan gave us is hands down the best I’ve ever had. I have big plans to make this again doubling or tripling the recipe, so I can stick portions in the freezer. Then I can pull it out, mix it up with chicken or shrimp and Ta-Da! Easy weeknight dinner done! Last night we used it for chicken lettuce wraps. So easy and so so so delicious! We used butter lettuce which is pretty, but romaine might be easier to pick up.
